Coordination of final inspections, delivery of comprehensive documentation, and formal closure meeting county requirements.
Our 6-Step Process
Initial Consultation & Evaluation
Meeting with the client, needs analysis, site review, and project feasibility study.
Plans, Engineering & Analysis
Architectural design, structural plans, land analysis, and detailed cost estimation and timeline.
Permits & Approvals
Processing all necessary permits with the corresponding county. Coordination with inspectors and local authorities.
Execution with GC & Subcontractors
Construction under direct supervision of the General Contractor. Coordination of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, and all trades.
Inspections & Compliance
Coordination of all required inspections during and at the end of the project. Complete documentation for the county.
Delivery & Project Closure
Final inspection, formal delivery to the client with all documentation, warranties, and closure according to Florida code.
